Brightness
Sometimes the weather conditions are to bad to make good photos. If it's rainy or foggy in some cases it's possible to make a good photo if the sun is on the aircraft body and the background is dark or very soft. But it's no good idea to make the photo against the sun (twilight). These photos are very bright, low on contrast and no dark colors. Such photos will be rejected by our screener team.
